My favorite stuffed animal is a little bean bag dolphin that's about the standard size of a Beanie Baby, except that she wasn't a Beanie Baby so much as one of the Beanie Baby knockoffs that surfaced after the BBs became really popular in the early-mid 90s. I actually think that my dolphin might be part of a line of bean bag toys called "Bean Sprouts." Anyhow, she's navy blue with yellow markings around her eyes, with tiny black beads for the eyes (well, one fell out when I was 12, so we had to replace it with a slightly larger button) and her tummy is gray. If someone could help me, that would be awesome, cuz I'd like to know if I could find another "Dory" for my future kids/nieces/nephews to have, to pass the legacy on! (continued from story one) "wow that was close!" Addison said as she squeaked into the car, slamming the door behind her. (she was in the front seat) Jake, came running behind her opening the door to the backseat and climbing in. "WOW" they both shook as the car started to roll forward a bit from the thunder. "bam..crash...roar!" "MOM! WHAT IN GODS NAME ARE YOU DOING!, GET IN THE CAR!!!" "hold on i a-"BAM" jake pulled back open the back door. "IF MOMS GOING TO DIE THAN I AM TOO!" BAMMMM!!!!!!!!!! and that was the last she saw of her mom and brother. The service was short and The memories oh so long. by the end of the funeral, It was almost 10 at night. she held back tears until the end. *sobs in to aunts dress* " I know da'll" aunt Dory said in her country accent. "WHY?" addy said pulling away. "it was time!" Dory said brushing off all the tears from her dress, to find there would be a stain. "I guess your going to have to live witha me da'llin. Addy looked up at her aunt. "I know i thought that too!" she said grabbing her wallet she had brought. "NO SHE AINT DORLIEN!" "what in worlds sake you meanin?" Dory said looking up at the man, (who was addy's grandpa) "you live in a nursing home!, "ya' aint got no skill with theses here children!" "THIS CHILD HAS A NAME!" dory said making a frown on her pail face. "I KNOW AND ITS MADISON!" he said pulling a cigare out of his mouth and throwing it in the trash can. "YA AINT SUPPOSE TO SMOKE IN CHURCH!" said dory setting down her purse, and rolling up her sleeves, "and her name is not Madison its Addison, and she goes by ADDY, So run off Bill!" Bill grabbed addy by the shirt. "I HAVE THE PAPERS!" he said pulling out a wadded envalope. "It says right here in bold letters ADDY IS TO GO WITH BILL CLIRE!, AND THATS ME!" he took the envalope and shoved it back in his black jacket. "you dont know how to take care of Addy!" Dory tried again, but she noticed her health bus back to the nursing home was here, so she frowned at Bill, and Gave addy one last hug and walked out without turning back. "GREAT NOW IM STUCK WITH A CHILD!" he said. "well you kinda...sorta.....said you wanted me!" addy said with a sour look on her face, for she had just found an old mint in her pocket and decided to stick it in her mouth. "spit it" Bill commanded, so addy spit it in the parking lot, when they got out there. they got in a beat up truck, It was dark green with pink flowers. "YOUR mama" he said as they climbed in. "yo mama jokes NOW?" addy thought but then he went on "was the one who painted this truck!" " hmmm... " addy thought trying to look in the mear to see it. "she was 5 and I never changed it!" "oh.." addy said turning away so Bill couldnt see her crying. "it was my birthday, and her mom (my wife) wanted to do something special for me. So She took Elma to the store and bought new paint, they came home and painted this here truck in pink flowers." he coughed trying not to cry. "and i still remember it like it was yesturday!" the rest of the ride was silent. after about 12 whole hours of silence, they got to HIS house. ( it was a farm ) Cows moo'd and horses neighed, as they pulled up. "I like this place!" addy said, ya wont by this time tommara. he said pulling into a garage, "ill work you to the bone!" "eh.." addy began but didnt finish. When they got inside, Addy pulled her lugage behind her, and followed bill to a small purple and blue room. "wow!, this looks like a fairytale room." addy smiled as she sat down on the Castle bed. she looked around after Bill had left shutting the door. the windows were blue with purple polka dots, just like the rest of the walls, and there was a toybox full of Adorable stuffed animals, 'n there was finger paintings on the wall all around then bed. The carpet, Had puppy prints painted on, and the dresser looked like a barbie car. She walked over to a shelf full of glass objects. There was a small box. She opened it to find it was a jewelry box. "la de da...la de da" Addy started to sing along with the tune that it played. she set it back down, and walked over to her window, she looked out, and saw lots of land. And lots of animals, and she looked up into the clouds and saw her mama's and brothers faces. her back felt warm, with happieness, and she felt, Like all lord wanted was for her to be happy and safe, and she was going to do everything to do what he wanted. LOL thanks to all my fans, In two days the 3rd part will come out. The third part will be called, the story part 3 by halye? Okay well...I hope to hear what you think about this second part. =) And if your wondering when all the parts come out, its every 2 days at around 1:30- 3:45. I am a sixth grader, so sometimes ill be in school so it may be a little later but... Hope you keep reading on =)

This is a question primarily for people who know about Phillip Pullman's Dark Material series (i.e. The Golden Compass). I have recently seen the movie version of The Golden Compass for the first time and am currently reading the book....and it got me thinking that I could possibly have a daemon, like Lyra and the other children in the book and film. I have a stuffed dolphin named Dory whom I think of as my one of my closest friends (though I don't necessarily think of her as a manifestation of my soul) and I take her pretty much everyplace with me in my purse or a pocket. On the very rare occasions in which I've forgotten her at home, I miss her a little bit (It's not at all as painful and agonizing as the "pulling" process outlined in the novel), but if I'm in a fun place, I am able to distract myself from those thoughts and comfort myself with the thought that I can tell her about it when I return, or take her with me to the same place some other time. In addition, I had other stuffed animals before her that were my favorites, (the "shape-changing" thing) but now she and she alone is my absolute favorite stuffed animal, and is the defacto leader of my collection of dolphin and whale toys (she's "settled," in other words). My sisters have also had favorite stuffed animals (a beagle and a duck), but it tends to vary. However, if it indeed the case that their little friends are actual daemons, that's to be expected until they reach adolescence. :) So, what do you think? Is Dory my daemon? Am I one of those rare people whose daemon is the same gender as me? :) Oh, and if you don't know about daemons or The Golden Compass and just feel like judging me, don't bother answering. For those of you who want to know how old I am, I'm an adult, so if Dory is in fact a daemon, she's settled by now.

I have this stuffed dolphin named "Dory" that I've had since I was 5. She's been with me thru a lot, like a custody case, bad experiences, etc. I have lots of other friends, too, but when they're not around, I like to have Dory with me. She also helps me sleep better.
